It was just another ordinary day for 14-year-old Alex. He was walking back home from school when he noticed something strange in the alley behind his house. A glowing portal seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Alex was curious, but also cautious. He had never seen anything like this before.

As he approached the portal, he felt a sudden surge of energy that pulled him in. He stumbled through the portal, tumbling head over heels, and landed on the other side with a thud. When he looked up, he saw that he was in a completely different world.

The sky was a strange shade of purple, and the trees were made of a material that he had never seen before. Alex was bewildered, and he couldn't believe what he was seeing. He pinched himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming, but the pain told him that this was all too real.

Alex knew that he had to find a way back home, but he had no idea where to start. He looked around, hoping to find some clue or sign, but all he could see was the strange landscape of this new world.

As he walked, Alex couldn't shake off the feeling that he was being watched. He turned around and saw a pair of eyes peering at him from behind a tree. Alex froze in terror, but then he heard a voice say, "Hey, don't be afraid. I won't hurt you."

Alex turned to see a boy about his age with green hair and a friendly smile. The boy introduced himself as Leo and explained that he too had stumbled into this world by accident. He offered to help Alex find a way back home, and together they set out on an adventure that would take them to the very edge of the multiverse.
